Las Sevillanas began in the 1960s as a family business driven by José Ascención Medellín Martínez, with the goal of preserving and sharing traditional Mexican sweets made with goat's milk.
Official Foundation
In 1967, Productos Medellín S.A. de C.V. was officially founded, and the company established its first production plant, specializing in traditional goat's milk confections.
Expansion and Quality
During the 1990s, Las Sevillanas expanded into modern retail channels while implementing structured quality systems to ensure safe, high-quality products.
